En Fuego at Guthrie Green

Tulsa restaurateur Greg Hughes announced the “rebirth” of En Fuego, a popular Brookside destination for Tulsans many years ago. The restaurant opened at Guthrie Green in downtown Tulsa December of 2023.

En Fuego features updated takes on fresh, Baja Peninsula Mexican cuisine, an extensive tequila catalog, and more.

Customers can expect a fun, vibrant atmosphere surrounded by an urban oasis where you can catch events on the lawn or simply relax and enjoy the view. In addition to relaxing Margarita Garden available for alfresco dining, happy hours, and private events.

Of course, those who’ve missed this fan favorite from years ago will all have the same question.

“Yes,” Hughes assures us, “our famous Bob Marley Dip will be on the menu!”
